In 1987 Gamgee and I left the midwest for a sailing adventure.
I had saved my money,
was ready for adventure and was eager to explore the northern waters.
I sailed the Great Lakes (Michigan, Huron, North Channel, Erie) up the
St. Lawrence Seaway
over the top pass Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia,
North East American and made port in
Boston Mass. Its
a hard, cold trip - less then 8 boats a year make it over the top.
